Regional Manager

Role Description The Regional Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, ensuring project delivery aligns with company standards, and supporting business growth in the UAE and surrounding markets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and construction teams, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local partners. The Regional Manager will identify new business opportunities, support local marketing and sales initiatives, and report on regional performance to senior leadership. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regional regulations, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.QualificationsProven experience in regional or area management, preferably within design, architecture, construction, or related industries.Strong skills in operations oversight, project coordination, and stakeholder management.Competence in business development, account management, and relationship-building with clients and partners.Ability to analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and support strategic planning.Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is an advantage.Comfort working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.Familiarity with regional regulations and local business practices in Dubai and the wider UAE.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory leadership and ethical business conduct.
