Regional Manager

Role Description The Regional Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees regional business operations, coordinates client projects, and ensures alignment between Dubai-based activities and the Karachi studio. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, supervising project timelines and budgets, supporting business development efforts, and coordinating with design and construction teams. The Regional Manager will monitor market trends in the UAE, prepare performance reports, and help streamline processes to improve efficiency and service quality.QualificationsStrong skills in regional operations management, project coordination, and stakeholder management.Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development within design, architecture, or construction sectors.Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with interior design, architecture, product design, or construction processes is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in a regional or area manager role in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
