This is a remote position located in the San Antonio / Eagle Ford area with significant travel within the region. · Base salary of $170k - $200k DOE plus bonus opportunity, auto allowance and excellent benefits· Bachelors Degree (Technical Preferred) and 15+ years of energy services experience in a related service offering· Focus on operational excellence, HSEQ and P&L Management required· Strong current upstream client contacts in the Eagle Ford required Role Overview:The Regional Manager serves as the local business lead for company’s Eagle Ford operations, with full accountability for Region P&L, service execution, HSEQ, and customer satisfaction.This role is responsible for delivering disciplined execution, strong customer engagement, and profitable growth while reinforcing a culture focused on HSEQ. The RM owns day-to-day business decisions and represents the company as the visible local leader to customers and field personnel. Responsibilities include: Operational PerformanceProvide oversight to local operations including field and service center operations.Maintain strict oversight of HSEQ and operational KPI’s, reinforcing Company’s safety-first culture.Ensure alignment between customer commitments, field execution, staffing, and scheduling.Drive operational discipline, consistency, and accountability across the Eagle Ford area. Commercial LeadershipOwn commercial outcomes for the Eagle Ford area, partnering closely with Sales/Account Managers to drive revenue growth and customer retention without displacing account ownership.Serve as the visible Company leader to key local customers, supporting executive engagement, issue resolution, and long-term relationship strength.P&L OwnershipMaintain full accountability for Eagle Ford-area P&L performance, including forecasting, cost discipline, pricing, equipment utilization, and service margins.Partner with Finance to track performance against plan and implement corrective actions as needed.Leadership & Culture· Serve as the local leader for Company in the Eagle Ford area, including accountability for safety performance and regulatory compliance. · Reinforce HSEQ expectations, field standards, and incident prevention. · Review safety metrics regularly and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.· Support performance management, development, and retention of local talent. · Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred and 15+ total years of experience in general management, operations, regional leadership and/or business development roles within energy services and equipment, industrial services, emissions technology, or a related sector.Demonstrated experience managing regional P&L and cost management.Strong understanding of field operations, HSEQ leadership, and KPI-driven execution.Proven ability to partner with Sales Managers and commercial teams.Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Familiarity with upstream oil & gas operations and customer dynamics in the Eagle Ford Basin.Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in field-based environments.
