Key Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of operational structures (couriers and warehouses) in the assigned region for optimal pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Active searching, negotiating, and building sustainable partnerships with external delivery agencies.
- Daily monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), field inspections, and quick reaction to operational issues.
- Management and control over the regional budget (expenses for warehouses, personnel, etc.).
- Volume analysis, identification of new coverage areas, and proposals for efficient and sustainable growth.
- Liaison between partners, field teams, and the central office; ensuring compliance with company standards and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, the courier business, or partner network management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Readiness for regular travel within the region (willingness to work in the field).
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- English language proficiency - minimum B2 level.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace); experience with specialized logistics software is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking, result orientation, and decision-making skills.
