Our culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented — we’re building the future of construction finance, one transaction at a time.About the jobWe are seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Regional Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead Riverchain’s marketing activities across Hong Kong and Singapore.This role will be responsible for developing and executing Riverchain’s regional marketing strategy, with a strong focus on industry partnerships, events, associations, market engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. The position will work closely with the Business Development team and senior management to strengthen Riverchain’s presence within the construction and financial-services ecosystems.As construction finance is highly relationship-driven, the successful candidate must be comfortable representing Riverchain externally, developing trusted industry relationships, and identifying opportunities through construction associations, trade events, professional networks, strategic partners, and other offline channels. The role will also oversee digital marketing activities, ensuring that content, social media, CRM, email campaigns, and online channels support the company’s broader commercial objectives.The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing capability with strong execution discipline. The position requires someone who can develop a plan, establish priorities, manage a budget, build external relationships, and personally drive initiatives in a lean and fast-moving organization.ResponsibilitiesRegional Marketing Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and execute Riverchain's regional marketing strategy across Hong Kong and Singapore, aligned with business growth objectives.Translate commercial priorities into measurable marketing plans, campaigns, and market engagement initiatives.Establish annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and performance indicators.Monitor market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.Provide regular marketing performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.Industry Partnerships & Ecosystem DevelopmentBuild and strengthen relationships with construction associations, trade bodies, chambers of commerce, professional organisations, and industry stakeholders.Identify and develop strategic partnerships that increase market access, brand credibility, and lead generation opportunities.Represent Riverchain at industry events, networking activities, conferences, and ecosystem engagements.Secure speaking opportunities, sponsorships, co-marketing initiatives, and industry collaborations.Maintain a structured partnership pipeline and evaluate partnership ROI against business objectives.Events, Brand Awareness & Market EngagementLead the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, seminars, networking events, client engagement sessions, and industry programmes.Evaluate and prioritise event opportunities based on target audience relevance, commercial value, and expected returns.Strengthen Riverchain's position as a trusted financing partner within the construction industry.Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across all customer touchpoints.Measure and report event and brand-awareness performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.Digital Marketing, Content & Lead GenerationOversee the development and execution of content marketing, social media, website, CRM, email marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives.Ensure digital marketing activities support broader partnership, event, and business development objectives.Develop thought leadership content, case studies, newsletters, marketing collateral, and industry insights.Analyse campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead-generation outcomes to optimise effectiveness.Work closely with the Business Development team to support pipeline generation and customer acquisition efforts.Team Leadership & Marketing OperationsLead, coach, and develop the Digital Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive to ensure effective execution and professional growth.Establish clear marketing processes, content calendars, campaign workflows, reporting structures, and approval mechanisms.Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, vendors, media partners, and service providers.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance of marketing activities and investments.Build a scalable regional marketing operating model capable of supporting future expansion across Hong Kong, Singapore and potential future markets.Requirements and SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Construction, or a related discipline.A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, construction, property, infrastructure, or other relationship-driven industries.Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across partnerships, events, brand awareness, and digital marketing channels.Strong track record in building industry partnerships, managing stakeholder relationships, and representing organisations within professional or industry communities.Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives to lead generation, business development objectives, and measurable business outcomes.Working knowledge of digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, CRM, email marketing, and marketing analytics.Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Regional exposure and startup experience are advantageous.
