Regional Multinational Programs Leader, Asia

The Regional Leader of Multinational Programs (“MP”) has overall accountability for delivery of end-to-end multinational services, leading and overseeing multinational programs teams and multinational business across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively support growth and customer retention / satisfaction of multinational clients; actively support the targeting of prospects and structuring of new programsProvide dedicated first-class end-to-end service to major accounts / top clients with client-specific solutions, proactively handling service-related challenges and complaint resolutionOversee execution across worldwide network offices /partners and coordination among functions to ensure delivery of service levels and KPI’s to ensure customer / broker satisfaction and retentionBuild and improve capabilities, processes, and service levels in terms of efficiency and quality of deliverables (i.e. issuance of policies, endorsements, etc.)Build solid relationships with brokers, clients and fronting offices / partnersProvide leadership, guidance, support and challenge to the team; oversee individual developmentSupport and ensure Global Corporate & Commercial MP Value Proposition and MP Model and compliance with Global Corporate & Commercial MP Technical Measure

Key Requirements

University Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 7 years of experience in insurance space, preferably in the Corporate & Commercial channel, with international exposure to Multinational Program BusinessPrevious experience in Operations and/or Underwriting rolesStrong communication skills; Fluent in English, Cantonese, and MandarinWillingness and availability to travel extensivelyProactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work effectively with multicultural project teams and foster a positive work environmentStrong multi-tasking, planning and time management skillsSkilled in engaging with top executives of potential partnersCapable of driving and promoting best practicesMotivates team members to improve and excelProvides guidance to the team when issues ariseWe offer 5-day work, good career prospects and attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
