We are growing our team and looking for motivated interns interested in learning and growing with us.The RoleAs a Regional Operations Excellence Intern, you will support the execution of regional operations across a network of local depots and teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to operational management, supplier coordination, and regional performance execution, with a strong focus on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.You will support the execution of end-to-end operational processes, from daily operations and supplier coordination to real estate and infrastructure support activities. You will play an active role in ensuring that local operations run smoothly, standards are followed, and regional objectives are achieved.Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will work closely with regional and local teams, gaining practical experience in operational execution, stakeholder management, and process improvement.What will you work on?Support the execution and continuous improvement of local operational procedures, ensuring alignment with regional standardsAssist regional and local leadership in achieving operational targets related to fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiencyAct as a point of contact for local suppliers and partners, supporting ongoing relationships and monitoring service quality (e.g. cleaning, laundry, fuel, real estate partners, and other operational vendors)Support stock replenishment and inventory coordination to ensure smooth daily operations across depotsAssist in monitoring real estate standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and operational needsSupport procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, coordination, and negotiation when requiredContribute to the expansion of the supplier and real estate network across the regionSupport initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and cost optimization across the regionWho are we looking for?Student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Operations, Logistics, or similar fieldsProactive and action-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to take initiativeOrganized and analytical, comfortable working with data to support decision-makingDetail-oriented, with the ability to follow structured processes with precisionStrong team player, able to collaborate effectively with regional and local teamsAdaptable and resilient in fast-paced and changing environmentsGood communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partnersFluent in English is mandatory; German and/or Italian is a plusWhat we offerA dynamic internship in a young, fast-growing, international companyContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesHands-on exposure to real operational challenges and decision-making processesAn international, informal, and collaborative work environmentThe opportunity to directly impact operational performance in a growing businessFree road trips and other Indie Campers perksAre you ready to go Indie?Join us and help shape the future of road trips around the world 🚐
