Regional Operations ManagerLocation: Charlotte, NCTerritory: Virginia, North Carolina & South CarolinaEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Location: On-siteBILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH REQUIREDAbout the RoleMax’s Services is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our luxury residential appliance installation operations across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.This role is ideal for a strong field operations leader with direct residential appliance installation experience who has progressed into managing installation teams, contractors, and regional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support appliance installation teams across the region.Manage and coordinate independent contractors and field partners.Oversee regional field operations and maintain consistent service quality.Support team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.Build strong relationships with contractors, customers, and operational partners.Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.Ensure installation operations meet company quality and service standards.Required ExperienceBilingual in English & Spanish — required.Direct residential appliance installation experience — required.5+ years of relevant operations or industry experience.Experience leading installation teams or field operations.Experience managing contractors or subcontractors.Strong understanding of residential appliance installation operations.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC and support operations across VA, NC & SC.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a hands-on, bilingual leader who understands residential appliance installation and knows how to build strong teams, manage contractors, and keep regional operations running efficiently.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can lead people, build relationships, and drive operational performance across multiple markets.CompensationSalary: $50,000–$55,000 per yearHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume for consideration.📩 info@maxservicesusa.com
