Regional Operations Manager

Our client, a growing business in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple branches in Bisha, Saudi Arabia.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused operations leader with proven experience in multi-site management, brand excellence, business growth, and team leadership. International hiring and relocation support can be considered for suitable candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and performance across all assigned branches.Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, service excellence, food quality, hygiene, and operational procedures.Develop and execute regional operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Lead and mentor branch managers and operational teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.Monitor branch KPIs, productivity, staffing, operational costs, and customer satisfaction metrics.Identify and support regional expansion opportunities, including new branch openings.Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer experience improvements with senior management.Ensure effective workflow execution and utilization of ERP and operational management systems.Conduct regular branch audits and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, operational excellence, and growth.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher.8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within established Food & Beverage brands.Proven experience managing multiple branches and regional operations.Strong background in brand management, quality assurance, marketing, and expansion strategies.PMO, Management, or Strategy certifications are advantageous.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and workflow management tools.Fluent in English and Arabic.International driving license is mandatory.Compensation & BenefitsAccommodation provided or housing allowance equivalent to 20% of basic salary.Medical insurance.Annual flight tickets.Statutory benefits as per company policy.Performance bonus upon successful completion of the probation period.Renewable contract.Working Schedule6 days per week.9 hours per day with flexible working hours.
