Paradox currently operates across 13+ markets including London, Paris, Miami, Barcelona, Mumbai, Shanghai and beyond and expanding fast to the four corners of the globe.Role OverviewThe Regional Operations Manager supports the Chief Business Officer in ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and scalability across Paradox Museum’s corporate and franchise locations. This role is central to building and maintaining tools, processes, and standards that enable efficient day-to-day operations and strong franchise partnerships across multiple regions. The role combines hands-on execution, process ownership and cross-regional coordination, acting as a bridge between HQ and local museum teams and delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Museums SupportProvide ongoing operational support to franchise museums.Develop and maintain the franchise operational offering, including toolkits, guidelines, and support processes.Act as a key point of contact between franchise partners and HQ teams on all museum operational matters.2. Tools & Systems OwnershipLead the revision, rollout, and continuous improvement of the scheduling tool across regions.Set up, manage, and optimize training tools, including onboarding.Set up and manage audit tools, including audit execution, reporting, and follow-up actions.Own and maintain HR operational tools, including: Annual performance review trackers Team evaluation frameworks Job descriptions Contract templates and documentation3. SOPs & Operational StandardsReview, update, and standardize Museum SOPs across all regions.Ensure SOPs are clear, scalable, and aligned with Paradox Museum’s operational requirements.Support local teams in implementing and maintaining SOPs.4. Museum Openings SupportSupport the operational setup and readiness of new museum openings, both corporate and franchise, including: Pre-opening operational checklists Staffing coordination and training rollout Tools and systems implementation Operational handover to local management teams5. Regional Support (India, China, US)Provide operational support to India, China and US network.Maintain detailed oversight of operational expenses, cost controls, staffing efficiencies, and profitability drivers. Review P&Ls, operational KPIs, and business performance metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunities. Coordinate with local teams to ensure alignment with global standards while addressing local market requirements.Act as a key liaison between HQ and regional teams, supporting consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport continuous improvement initiatives based on operational feedback and performance insights.Prepare operational documentation, reports, and recommendations for leadership review. Skills & QualificationsProven experience in operations management within multi-site, franchise, hospitality, retail or entertainment environments.Strong experience in building and managing operational HR tools, SOPs, and systems.Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior leadership.Comfortably operating in a fast-paced, growing international organization.
