Key Responsibilities

Lead regional operations across multiple entertainment venues and locations.Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational KPIs.Manage operational budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.Oversee venue operations, maintenance, and operational support functions.Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service quality.Lead, develop, and evaluate regional operational teams.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.9–11 years of progressive experience in entertainment or hospitality operations, with strong preference for direct entertainment sector experience.Proven track record managing multiple entertainment venues or locations.Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-site operational teams.Strong knowledge of entertainment venue operations and guest experience.PMP certification required; MBA is an advantage.
