Regional Operations Manager - Exteriors

MetroSeek has been retained on a number of searches seeking experienced Regional Field Operations Managers in the MIDWEST.CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN THE MIDWEST (IL, WI, MN and surrounding markets)The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background in commercial landscaping and snow/ice management, understands field operations, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations and service provider performance across the regionConduct site visits and quality-control inspections to ensure work meets scope and client expectationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providersManage escalations, troubleshoot field issues, and provide timely solutionsCoordinate onboarding of new clients and service providersManage large-scale projects from execution through closeoutMonitor operational performance, budgets, costs, and KPIsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support growthPartner with Sales and Operations teams to develop solutions for clientsServe as a primary escalation point during snow and ice eventsMobilize on short notice when needed and, when necessary, assist directly with snow operationsRequirements:3–5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial landscaping and/or snow removalExperience operating snow and landscape equipmentCrew leadership or management experience preferredStrong understanding of landscape, snow, and ice management operations and safetyStrong client relationship, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently across a multi-state territoryAttention to detail: the magic number is 414Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with sourcing/procurement software preferredWillingness to travel and respond to urgent issues, including after hoursWhat's Offered: Competitive base salaryBonus / Incentive CompensationHealth, Vision, Dental, and Life PlansPaid HolidaysPaid VacationAdditional Benefits
