Regional Operations Manager - QSR ChainCTC- Rs. 22 to 25 lacs per annum (incl Variable)Location - Delhi An Exciting Opportunity to Build & Lead!A rapidly growing QSR brand with a strong presence in Western India, is now expanding into North India.We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Regional Operations Manager who can take ownership of this exciting growth journey and establish a strong operational footprint in the region.The RoleIndependently lead and manage QSR operations across North India.Drive sales, profitability, guest experience and operational excellence across outlets.Build, develop and lead high-performing restaurant teams.Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, hygiene and SOPs.Drive operational productivity, cost controls and restaurant-level P&L.Play a key role in new store openings, market expansion and scaling operations.Work closely with the Mumbai Head Office while enjoying significant autonomy and decision-making authority.Who Are We Looking For?10–15 years of experience in QSR / organised restaurant chains, with strong multi-outlet operations exposure.Proven ability to manage restaurant P&Ls, sales growth and operational performance.Strong leadership, execution and problem-solving capabilities.Experience in North Indian markets and new store launches would be an advantage.An entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives on ownership, independence and building businesses.Why This Opportunity?This is not just another Regional Operations role.
