Regional Process Transformation Expert

Reporting to the Regional President, you will establish, monitor, and optimize end-to-end workflows across Karcher MEA, driving operational efficiency through standardized procedures, rigorous internal auditing, and AI-driven automation.This is how you WOW:Business Process Management: Drive Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives across the MEA region by optimizing and managing core operations. You will take ownership of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) using Lean Management principles to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance overall performance.Standardization & Policy: Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from the ground up. You will draft and enforce standardized regional policies to guarantee a uniform operational and compliance framework across all MEA subsidiaries.Process Enforcement & Change Management: Continuously monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and prevent localized deviations from standard procedures. You will also drive cross-functional change management to ensure teams smoothly adopt new operational standards.Audit & Governance: Conduct regular internal audits across MEA subsidiaries to ensure the effectiveness of operational controls. You will identify compliance gaps or operational risks, develop corrective action plans, and track remediation efforts to closure.Regional Compliance Management: Act as the Regional Compliance Manager to implement the Compliance Management System (CMS) as well as comply with global guidelines. Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Corruption and Antitrust laws, and manage Whistleblowing cases according to corporate policy.Technology & AI Integration: Audit workflows to pinpoint repetitive tasks that can be transformed through automation. Partner with regional IT and global operations to pilot and deploy cutting-edge AI tools, monitoring ROI while ensuring data security and seamless integration.It would be WOW if you would bring this in:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or a similar recognized process optimization certification. 5 to 7 years of experience in business process improvement, internal auditing, and operational excellence in a multinational environment. Proven experience in building and deploying operational processes from scratch.Demonstrated history of conducting formal internal audits and managing compliance across multiple geographic locations.Strong proficiency in process mapping and software (e.g., Visio)Practical knowledge of integrating operational technology and enterprise AI tools.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High level of assertiveness and resilience; capable of enforcing compliance and standards firmly yet collaboratively.Having worked in a similar role within a multi-national companyExcellent verbal and written skills in English with all levels of stakeholdersOur Karcher WOW-package:Make a difference: Be part of our purpose: Together we make a powerful impact towards a clean world!
