With a strong focus on innovation, technology and customer experience, the organisation operates within a collaborative and people-focused culture, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering long-term value to clients.The OpportunityThe Regional Procurement Director will be a senior regional procurement leader responsible for shaping and executing procurement and supply chain strategy across the Americas. The position will take ownership of regional category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, commercial governance and end-to-end supply chain optimisation.Working closely with regional leadership, global procurement teams, operational stakeholders and clients, the successful individual will ensure that the supply chain is resilient, compliant, commercially effective and aligned with wider organisational standards.This is a highly visible strategic role requiring an experienced Facilities Management procurement professional who can combine commercial expertise with strong stakeholder management and an in-depth understanding of the FM supply chain. The position may be appointed at Associate Director level, depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic ProcurementDevelop and execute regional procurement and category strategies aligned with global procurement frameworks.Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key Facilities Management categories.Source, evaluate and select strategic suppliers across the Americas.Lead complex supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.Develop and manage preferred supplier programmes.Build and maintain strong strategic supplier relationships.Support new business opportunities, bids and client mobilisations with robust commercial and supply chain solutions.Identify opportunities to improve procurement performance, generate savings and enhance commercial value.Ensure procurement activity is aligned with organisational governance, policies and ethical standards.Supply Chain ManagementOversee end-to-end supply chain performance across the Americas.Ensure continuity of supply, operational resilience and effective risk mitigation.Partner closely with operational teams to optimise service delivery models.Develop and implement supplier performance management frameworks.Establish appropriate supplier KPIs, SLAs and performance measures.Monitor, review and report supplier performance statistics.Drive continuous improvement across the regional supplier network.Identify and address supply chain risks before they impact operational delivery.Support sustainability, diversity and responsible sourcing initiatives across the region.Commercial & Contract ManagementProvide commercial insight and procurement expertise to regional leadership.Lead contract negotiations with strategic suppliers.Support contract formulation and commercial governance.Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved commercial performance.Ensure supplier agreements deliver appropriate commercial value while maintaining service quality.Monitor contractual obligations and supplier compliance.Provide market intelligence, pricing insight and supplier risk analysis to senior stakeholders.Stakeholder & Supplier EngagementDevelop trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders, clients and strategic suppliers.Represent the Americas region within global procurement and supply chain forums.Partner with operational leadership to ensure procurement strategies support effective service delivery.Provide procurement and supply chain guidance to client-facing teams.Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support supplier intelligence and market insight.Communicate procurement and supply chain best practice throughout the wider organisation.Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions and regions.Leadership, Governance & Continuous ImprovementDrive a culture of commercial accountability, supplier performance and continuous improvement.Ensure procurement activities remain compliant with corporate policies and governance requirements.Develop reporting and performance dashboards to provide visibility of procurement and supplier performance.Identify emerging market trends, supplier risks and opportunities across the Americas.Contribute to the development of global procurement standards and best practice.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement professional with a strong background specifically within the Facilities Management sector across the Americas.The successful candidate will combine strategic sourcing expertise and commercial acumen with an understanding of the operational realities of FM service delivery.You will demonstrate:Significant experience within strategic procurement, sourcing or supply chain leadership.Proven experience specifically within the Facilities Management / IFM sector.Strong knowledge of the Americas FM supplier market.Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management and supplier selection.Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and supplier contracts.Strong supplier relationship management experience.Experience developing preferred supplier programmes and supplier performance frameworks.Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering savings or commercial improvements.Experience supporting bids, tenders and new business mobilisations.The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.Excellent analytical, organisational and planning skills.Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.The ability to work autonomously within a remote and flexible working environment.Experience operating across multiple countries, regions or markets.A high level of digital and analytical capability.Preferred ExperienceExtensive experience within Integrated Facilities Management or outsourced Facilities Management.Previous regional or Americas-wide procurement responsibility.Strong knowledge of both hard and soft Facilities Management services.An established network of FM suppliers across the Americas.Experience managing strategic supplier relationships across multiple service categories.Experience supporting large-scale IFM bids and client mobilisations.Contract law, contract formulation or commercial contract management experience.Experience working within complex multinational or global organisations.Experience with procurement platforms such as Proactis, Coupa, SAP Ariba or similar.Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint capabilities.Experience supporting sustainability, diversity and responsible sourcing programmes.Professional procurement or supply chain qualifications such as CIPS, CPSM, APICS, CSCP or PMP.What
