Regional Property Manager

A premier nationwide operator of lifestyle communities and residential properties is seeking an accomplished, highly strategic Regional Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across Florida and the Midwest. Based in Florida with a preference for the vibrant Tampa market, the position includes regular travel to multi-family communities where culture, lifestyle, and high-quality service converge. For a driven operations professional seeking long-term organizational impact and career stability, this role provides an extraordinary leadership platform backed by robust resources and direct executive collaboration.Note: This role is remote plus 50% travel (both driving and flying) and must reside in FloridaPosition ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight for a portfolio of 10+ property management team members across several statesConduct regular monthly on-site property audits to inspect community standards, grounds, maintenance, and unit turn readiness.Develop, implement, and refine company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and operational manuals.Oversee financial performance, annual operating budget preparation, monthly financial reviews, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning/renovation projects.Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor property performance, and drive measurable occupancy and revenue growth.Handle high-level resident relations, vendor contract negotiations, and direct reporting to executive leadership.Build, train, and hold site-level teams accountable through active coaching, goal setting, and conflict resolution.Position RequirementsMinimum 10 years of property management experience, including multi-site supervisory responsibility across residential, manufactured housing, or hospitality assets.Experience in manufactured housing (MH) and/or active adult (55+) communities is strongly preferred.Proven track record in capital outlay planning, property acquisitions, SOP creation, and financial accounting.Strong leadership presence with high emotional intelligence and an assertive, motivating management style.Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel up to 50% to regional assets.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Yardi software experience is a plus.Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 base, Annual Bonus, Company Car, Cell Phone/Laptop, Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision, 401k, 4 weeks of PTO/Vacation/Sick time, and much more!relocation assistance varies by individualIf interested in being considered, please apply with an updated resume.only qualified candidates will be contacted
