Regional Sales and Branch Manager

The organization combines deep industry expertise with strong operational capabilities, positioning itself as a trusted logistics partner for clients seeking efficiency and dependability.Key Responsibilities:P&L & Financial ManagementOwn the regional P&L, revenue, GP, margins, budget, and operating costs.Monitor profitability, credit exposure, collections, and financial performance.Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective action plans.Sales & Commercial LeadershipAchieve regional and personal sales & GP targets.Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and business plan.Manage and develop KAMs, BDMs, and Sales Executives.Build customer relationships, grow the sales pipeline, and close strategic opportunities.Promote VAULT’s integrated freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs, and terminal solutions.Operations & PricingEnsure customer solutions are operationally feasible and commercially profitable.Review pricing, cost sheets, surcharges, free time, transit times, and GP margins.Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customs, and Finance to ensure service quality, billing, and collection performance.Qualifications & Requirements:10–15 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics.Proven experience managing a branch, commercial unit, or profit centre in Saudi Arabia.Established customer portfolio and active freight forwarding sales pipeline.Strong knowledge of Ocean, Air, Cross-Border Road Freight, and Customs Clearance.Strong understanding of Sales, Pricing, Procurement, Operations, Customs, Billing, and Collections.Strong P&L management, negotiation, analytical, forecasting, and people-leadership skills.Locations Vacancies: (3)Jeddah – 1 VacancyRiyadh – 1 VacancyDammam/Khobar – 1 Vacancy
