Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team. What You’ll Do Deliver volume, revenue & market share growth Strengthen distribution & market penetration Lead and develop high-performing sales teams Drive perfect store execution & trade programs Provide market insights & growth strategies Build and manage distributor ROI & compliance What We’re Looking For12– 15 years FMCG /Beverage Sales ( 3-4 in leadership)Strong experience in distributor managementProven success in urban & rural market executionExcellent leadership , planning & negotiation skills Language proficiency: Tamil, English & Sinhala added advantage MBA preferred
