About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Regional/Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and expand our market presence across the assigned territory. You will manage distributors, lead a field sales team, and make sure our products reach every corner of the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region2. Appoint, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers3. Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers/Sales Representatives and monitor their daily performance4. Expand market coverage, improve product visibility, and increase outlet penetration5. Plan beat routes, secondary sales activities, and trade promotions6. Monitor stock levels, collections, and distributor claim to ensure smooth supply7. Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and share insights with management8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback9. Ensure proper merchandising and brand execution at outlets

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)2. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role3. Strong knowledge of the distribution network and market dynamics of Western Nepal4. Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing distributors5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills6. Willingness to travel extensively within the region7. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting8.
