Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Overview We are looking for a highly driven and operationally strong RSM to lead and scale our 2-Wheeler Service Operations. This role will be based out of Gurugram and will primarily oversee service operations across the NCR region. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end workshop operations, ensuring high vehicle uptime, driving service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading teams of technicians and mechanics across multiple service hubs. The role will also focus on implementing standardized processes, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements to deliver a seamless service experience.Key Responsibilities1. Service Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations of 2-wheeler service centers and workshops.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Drive operational excellence across service hubs to maximize vehicle availability and uptime.
- Monitor service workflows and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency.2. Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and service personnel.
- Establish performance benchmarks and drive accountability across teams.
- Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of technicians. 3. Vehicle Maintenance & Uptime
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of scooters and two-wheelers.
- Drive adherence to vehicle uptime targets and minimize repair turnaround times (TAT).
- Implement preventive maintenance practices to reduce recurring failures and breakdowns.4. Quality & Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent service quality standards across all repair and maintenance activities.
- Monitor service outcomes and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and resolution management.5. Spare Parts & Workshop Productivity
- Coordinate spare parts planning, inventory availability, and consumption tracking.
- Optimize workshop productivity through effective scheduling and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational processes, and maintenance protocols.Key Skills

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8+ years of experience in two-wheeler service operations, workshop management, or automotive service environments.
- Proven experience managing service centers, workshops, or repair hubs.
- Strong understanding of two-wheeler diagnostics, repair processes, and maintenance operations.
- Experience in technician team management and workshop productivity improvement.
- Prior exposure to EV service operations will be an added advantage
