Regional Sales Manager

A reputable and well-established Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their team in Dubai. This position will cover the UAE, Pakistan and Bangladesh.Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.Manage and develop an established regional sales team.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.Monitor sales performance, pipelines and market opportunities.Provide leadership, coaching and direction to regional teams.Work closely with senior leadership on regional growth plans.Travel regularly across the region, particularly to Pakistan.To be successful you will need to meet the following:10+ years’ experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership.5+ years’ experience within specialty chemicals, water treatment or a related industry.Manufacturing industry experience is essential.Proven experience leading regional sales teams.Experience across the UAE and wider South Asian markets preferred.Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Hiring?
