Regional Sales Manager

Scodix is hiring a Junior Sales Manager to drive sales and support revenue growth, step into a bigger role in a capital equipment company, be thoroughly immersed in our technology, and be excited by the unique opportunity to transform an industry through digital. You will manage client relationships in your region and assist the EVP Sales with daily sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Developing and executing sales strategies.· Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.· Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights.· Assist in creating sales forecasts.· Collaborate with marketing and product teams.· Gather and communicate customer feedback for product improvement.· Improve sales processes for efficiency.· Participate in training and mentoring junior sales team members.· Travel essential up to 70% on the road (occasionally overseas)Key Skills:· 3-5 years of sales/business development experience.· Strong verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills.· Analytical skills for market trends and data-driven decisions.· Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce).· Strong time management skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).· Proven sales success, team player, and independent worker.· Industry knowledge and travel availability are a plus.· Location – East Coast & West Coast.
