Regional Sales Manager+ East Delta

We Are Hiring for a Leading Detergents CompanySales Manager – East Delta Region

Location: East Delta, Egypt

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.2. Lead, manage, and develop the sales team while ensuring performance targets are met.3. Expand market presence across the East Delta region and acquire new distributors and customers.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients.5. Monitor market trends and competitors, and recommend strategies to increase market share.6. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.7. Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 4 years as a Sales Manager.2. Previous experience in the detergents or cosmetics industry (FMCG).3. Strong knowledge of the East Delta market with an established network of distributors and customers.4. Excellent leadership, management, and negotiation skills.
