Apply & track with Apply EdgeRegional Sales Manager - Electronic Materials - Bay Area, CADESCRIPTION:Lead a West Coast commercial team and own the strategic relationships that drive the Americas business! You'll shape the Americas commercial strategy, sell capacity and technology, and lead a small, high-caliber team through rapid growth, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Americas.WHAT YOU'LL OWN● Lead and develop a team of five — three account managers and two field applications engineers — covering the West Coast.● Own and grow strategic accounts across both product lines — high-end PCBs and IC substrates — with the largest AI, cloud and semiconductor customers.● Drive the Americas commercial strategy, moving the book up-market toward high-value, advanced-technology programs.● Manage sophisticated capacity, allocation and pricing conversations in a demand-constrained market — including multi-year commitments — while protecting long-term customer relationships.● Partner with the global organization (overseas headquarters; manufacturing across Asia) to align customer commitments with capacity.● Represent the company with customers in the field, in Asia, and at its overseas headquarters.● Set clear goals, coach the team, and lead change with a compelling vision.WHAT YOU BRING● Commercial leadership in a technical B2B environment — PCBs, IC substrates, semiconductors, electronic materials, or semiconductor equipment.● Experience leading or managing a small commercial or technical team.● A track record selling value and technology to sophisticated customers — ideally large semiconductor, hyperscaler or OEM accounts.● Comfort with complex, high-stakes negotiations (pricing, allocation, multi-year agreements).● Willingness to travel internationally to Asia and Europe several times per year.● Bachelor's degree — business or engineering preferred.PREFERRED● Hands-on experience with high-end PCB and/or IC-substrate products.● Existing relationships with major AI, cloud or semiconductor accounts.● Experience operating within a global organization headquartered abroad.
