Regional Sales Manager MENA (Contractor) Anesthesia & Respiratory Care

POSITION SUMMARYThe Regional Business Manager MENA operates as an external contractor, reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager, Indirect Business. The role is responsible for growing the Anesthesia & Respiratory Care business across MENA by developing existing customer and distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding into new markets. Regional commercial activities will be aligned with the business unit’s strategic priorities and agreed sales objectives. This is an external contractor assignment for an initial period of six months, with any extension subject to business needs and mutual written agreement.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and grow the existing Anesthesia & Respiratory Care business in line with business unit strategy and agreed sales objectives for each distributor.
• Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and customers to increase market penetration and drive sustainable growth.
• Identify, assess and develop new markets, customer segments and business opportunities across MENA.
• Develop and implement regional growth plans in collaboration with the Senior Regional Sales Manager and the EMEA business unit.
• Support distributors with commercial activities and relevant sales and marketing programmes, ensuring they understand the clinical and commercial value of focus products.
• Identify and develop new distributors where required, in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Clinical & Medical Affairs, Compliance and Legal in accordance with Teleflex policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with distributors and relevant internal teams to support timely product registration in target markets.
• Gather and share market intelligence, including market trends, pricing, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales performance updates, forecasts and business development reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare or a related discipline is desirable; equivalent relevant professional experience is acceptable. A master’s degree would be an advantage but is not required.
• A minimum of three years of sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry is required.
• Experience in managing and developing distributor relationships is desirable.
• Commercial experience in the MENA region, particularly Saudi Arabia is mandatorySPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of Anesthesia & Respiratory Care products and their clinical applications.
• Sales-driven and customer-focused approach, with the ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required. French would be a distinct advantage.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt to different cultures and market conditions.
• Ability to work independently in a complex and changing environment.
• Strong planning and management skills, including the ability to coordinate stakeholders, resources and budgets.
• Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with distributors, customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced MS Office skills for preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Open and flexible approach to innovation and change, with a willingness to learn and develop.
