JOB DESCRIPTION – REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Industry: Steel / TMTLocation: CoimbatoreCoverage: Entire Tamil NaduExperience: 5–10 YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in the Steel / TMT industry to manage sales operations across Tamil Nadu.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu.Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers.Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network.Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.Lead and manage the sales team for the region.Ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory.Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu steel/TMT market.Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management.Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred.
