The ideal candidate has strong sales capabilities, experience in the IT/cybersecurity domain, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and Customers. This role includes managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, and working closely with Shifra’s vendors to ensure successful execution in the regionStrategic Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement business development strategies for the region.Analyze regional markets to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.Build and strengthen relationships with banks, financial institutions, government entities, and private sector clients.Enhance existing partnerships and establish new strategic alliances.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive regional growth targets.Prepare competitor analyses, market share assessments, and feasibility reports.Conduct regular business travel within the region.Commercial & Advisory ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Implement sales plans for payment-related products in the region.Advise and support the company to expand its share among existing customers.Develop annual unit and gross-profit plans using effective marketing strategies.Analyze marketing and sales performance data to guide decisions.Identify new commercial opportunities using cross-selling and up-selling methods.Define sales pipelines, business opportunities, and commercial strategies.Conduct strategic pricing analyses and support tender processes.Develop and grow key accounts and manage channel network.Advise on complex customer projects involving multi-stakeholder or politically sensitive decision-making.Identify and manage alliances or partners that support the company’s strategy.Provide industry best practices and technological insights based on strong sector knowledge.Monitor market trends, and competitors to position company offerings effectively.EXPECTATIONSAchieve agreed annual sales and profitability targets in the region.Operate within the approved annual OPEX budget.Develop strategic plans to capture growth opportunities.Encourage continuous improvement and act as a role model within the organization.Prioritize the most impactful strategic initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.Experience selling to banks and hands-on involvement in the partner ecosystem is strongly preferred.Strong network on cybersecurity ecosystem.Excellent command of English is required.Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
