As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional employee experience while supporting the company's growth and people strategy.Business PartneringPartner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance and solutions.Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement.Identify people trends and implement solutions to improve performance, productivity, and retention.Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment across APAC (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan) and North America (USA, Canada).Act as a brand ambassador to attract and engage top talent.Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to enhance talent competitiveness.Performance & Talent ManagementSupport talent management process, including Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).Deliver HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.Facilitate the performance review process.Employee Engagement & RelationsSupport employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with APM's values.Manage employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations in the designated markets when required.Identify engagement trends and recommend action plans to improve employee experience.HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across assigned regions.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to support employee-related matters.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree with ~3 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in fast-paced or retail environment.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.Immediate availability is preferredWhy Join APM?Global Exposure: Partner with diverse teams across APAC and North America.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Collaborative Culture: Inclusive, supportive, and people-focused environment.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical coverage, paid leave, and generous employee discounts.Interested applicants please attach your resume indicating current and expected salary package and notice period required.
