Location: Richland Hills, TXCompensation: $130,000–$150,000 annuallyPosition Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityOur client, a leading provider of golf carts, utility vehicles, and personal transportation vehicles, is seeking an experienced Manager of Field Service and Branch Operations to lead its Richland Hills distribution branch and a regional service territory covering Texas and Oklahoma.This individual will oversee approximately 10 field service technicians, along with the branch’s new-car preparation, pre-owned vehicle, and tournament fleet departments—each consisting of approximately five employees.

A Branch Operations Coordinator will also report to and support this position.The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on operational leader who can effectively manage people, processes, service delivery, and overall branch performance while maintaining a high standard of customer support.What You’ll DoLead the daily operations of the Richland Hills branchManage approximately 10 field service technicians throughout Texas and OklahomaOversee the new-car preparation, pre-owned vehicle, and tournament fleet departmentsLead, coach, and develop branch employees and field service personnelManage and support the Branch Operations CoordinatorCoordinate staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resources across multiple departmentsEnsure teams meet expectations for productivity, quality, safety, and customer serviceMonitor field service activity and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality supportOversee vehicle preparation, refurbishment, fleet readiness, inventory movement, and distributionIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service qualityTrack performance metrics and address operational or staffing challengesPartner with sales, service, logistics, and other internal teamsProvide occasional weekend on-call support for events and operational needsTravel throughout the assigned Texas and Oklahoma territory as neededWhat We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience in branch operations, field service, distribution, fleet, or multi-department operationsExperience managing both on-site teams and geographically dispersed employeesStrong understanding of service operations, logistics, inventory, scheduling, and process improvementDemonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountableStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused leadership style with the ability to handle escalated situations professionallyWillingness to travel and provide occasional weekend on-call supportValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordPreferred QualificationsExperience within the golf cart, automotive, equipment, fleet, powersports, industrial service, or vehicle-distribution industryPrevious responsibility for both branch operations and field service teamsExperience managing supervisors, coordinators, or department leadsFamiliarity with vehicle preparation, refurbishment, parts, warehouse, or distribution operationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience will also be considered
