With operations across Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and Goa, BLive is at the forefront of India’s EV-first logistics transition.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Regional Service Manager to lead service operations across multiple hubs and cities. The role will be responsible for fleet uptime, service efficiency, preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and service team performance.Key Responsibilities1. Fleet & Service OperationsEnsure high fleet uptime and minimum vehicle downtimeMonitor service turnaround times (TAT)Drive preventive maintenance and battery health managementEnsure timely vehicle replacement for major breakdowns2. Inventory & Vendor ManagementManage spare parts availability across hubsCoordinate with OEMs and service partners for escalations and repairsMonitor warranty and insurance claim closures3. Team ManagementLead service executives and hub-level service teamsConduct regular performance reviews and auditsEnsure SOP adherence across locations4.
