Regional Talent Acquisition Manager - Professional Services

Frazer Jones has been exclusively mandated on a confidential basis to appoint a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading global professional services organisation. Based in Singapore, this individual will be responsible for Talent Acquisition across the Asia Pacific region, supporting a regional employee population of approximately 300 employees. This is a permanent, full-time position (hybrid work arrangement available) with regional scope and visibility across multiple fast-growing markets within APAC. As an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Head of HR, this will be a highly visible role partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders across the region to drive talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, succession pipelines, and talent mapping initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the business attract and engage high-calibre talent while acting as a trusted talent advisor to stakeholders across diverse markets.In addition to leading recruitment efforts, and with the core focus of the role in Talent Acquisition, the role nonetheless offers the opportunity to potentially take on wider People partnering/HR Generalist responsibilities in the mid to longer-term. The successful candidate will work closely with regional HR colleagues and may provide support across selected HRBP activities when required, creating an attractive pathway for Talent Acquisition professionals seeking broader HR exposure. Key Responsibilities In a hands-on capacity, this role will lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for all markets within APAC. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, develop hiring strategies, manage executive and professional hiring mandates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.The role will be responsible for active market mapping/sourcing, talent pipelining, succession planning support, workforce planning initiatives, and providing regular updates/talent insights to business leaders. Working collaboratively with regional HR colleagues, the individual will help strengthen talent acquisition processes, optimise hiring effectiveness, and ensure alignment between people strategies and business objectives.This position requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, with regular engagement and influence across senior leadership teams. The successful candidate will be expected to operate with a high degree of commercial awareness, professionalism, and discretion while managing multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.Ideal Profile The client seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of supporting regional businesses across Asia Pacific, with the aspiration/openness of taking on broader HR responsibilities in the future. Candidates should bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience spanning talent acquisition. A successful track record particularly in executive hiring, talent mapping, and well-articulated examples of stakeholder partnering are advantageous.Experience operating within professional services, consulting, financial services, technology, or other knowledge-intensive environments will be highly relevant.
