Headquartered in Long Island, New York, the company manages assets in more than twenty states, offering broad regional exposure and growth potential for hospitality professionals.Role Description The Regional Vice President of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing operational performance across a portfolio of hotels within an assigned region. This role leads property-level management teams, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, revenue optimization, and cost control targets are consistently achieved. The position involves reviewing financial and operational reports, guiding improvement plans, and partnering with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives. The Regional Vice President of Operations will conduct regular property visits, coach general managers, and support talent development, succession planning, and compliance with both company policies and brand requirements. This role also collaborates with sales, revenue, and finance teams to drive market competitiveness and long-term asset value.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in hotel operations leadership, including oversight of multiple properties, with a strong focus on guest experience and brand compliance.Proficiency in financial management, such as P&L review, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to drive sustainable profitability.Experience in strategic planning, performance management, and implementation of operational best practices across diverse hotel segments.Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and talent development, with the ability to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with owners, brand representatives, and internal stakeholders.Background in sales and revenue collaboration, including support for revenue management strategies and market positioning.Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines for major hotel flags.Several years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably at a regional or multi-property level.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region and work on-site at properties as business needs require.
