Regional Vice President of Operations

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) to provide executive-level leadership for a portfolio of select-service hotels within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, owner relations, and leadership development across the portfolio.The RVP partners with Regional Managers, General Managers, corporate teams, and ownership groups to establish accountability, execute company initiatives, and improve hotel performance.
