Regional VP of Operations

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of select-service hotels and drive performance across the region. This executive-level role oversees hotel operations, financial results, guest satisfaction, brand standards, owner relationships, and leadership development while partnering with property and corporate teams to achieve business goals.The RVP will have a strong presence in the field, working directly with Regional Managers, General Managers, and hotel leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve results. This role also supports hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and making a measurable impact across multiple properties.
