The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise and the ability to drive measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, stock availability, picking efficiency, and delivery performance.Key Responsibilities & KPIs✅ Maintain inventory accuracy of 99%+ through effective cycle counting✅ Ensure Min-Max inventory compliance across all branches✅ Monitor replenishment timelines and stock availability✅ Improve picking and put-away accuracy✅ Ensure on-time delivery performance✅ Conduct regular branch audits and implement process improvements✅ Control shrinkage and damages within targeted limits✅ Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards✅ Optimize manpower utilization and team performanceCandidate Requirements✔ A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory✔ 4+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations✔ 3–5 years of experience managing multiple branches simultaneously✔ Experience in automotive spare parts, aftermarket, or fast-moving distribution preferred✔ Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, inventory control, and warehouse processes✔ Proven track record of achieving operational KPIs✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsIf you are a warehouse professional who understands operational numbers, performance targets, and continuous improvement, we would like to hear from you.
