- Commitment and loyalty Requirements of candidate:
- Minimum qualification of a MA degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, with full Internship experience
- Registration with the HPCSA/BHF
- Malpractice Insurance
- Preferably a minimum of two years Private Practice experience (negotiable) Scope of position required: We need a Registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to assist with the following:
- Participation with our support groups (adults & adolescents) and volunteer assistance within the community.
- Management and therapy services of overflow hospital patients referred to this practice.
- General assistance with patient overflow of the Rall & Brown Psychological Practice (not just hospital). This will include adults, adolescents and children.
- Knowledge of basic evaluations and tests are required for adults, adolescents and children.
- The involvement and participation in the development of new programmes to be offered by R&B LEARNING R&B PSYCHOLOGISTS practices with the ethos of providing relevant and affordable professional services to the community. We practice strongly within a multi-disciplinary set-up at the Cape Gate Therapy Centre.
