We are looking for a Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative team and support the continued growth of our psychological services.About the RoleThe Registered Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological services to clients within their areas of competency and scope of practice. Depending on experience and interests, the role may include individual therapy, psychological assessments, diagnostic services, treatment planning, and consultation.We are looking for a psychologist who values strong therapeutic relationships, thoughtful clinical work, and being part of a supportive multidisciplinary practice.ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-informed psychological assessment and treatmentConduct psychological assessments and prepare clear, comprehensive reports, where applicableDevelop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical findingsProvide individual and/or family-based psychological services within areas of competencyMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with counsellors and other professionals when appropriateProvide referrals and recommendations for additional supports when neededMaintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standardsParticipate in consultation and collaboration within the Therapy Matters teamContribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and client-centred environmentQualificationsRegistered and in good standing as a Psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), or eligible for registrationDoctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or an applicable area of professional psychologyExperience providing psychological assessment and/or psychotherapyStrong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skillsCommitment to evidence-informed, ethical, culturally responsive careAbility to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary practiceWhat Therapy Matters OffersA welcoming, professionally designed Yaletown clinicAdministrative and scheduling supportMarketing and client referral supportOpportunities to build a caseload aligned with your clinical interestsA collaborative team of mental health professionalsIn-person and virtual service optionsFlexibility in establishing availabilityOpportunities to contribute to the continued development of our psychological and assessment servicesWho We're Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is not only clinically skilled, but genuinely values the client experience.
