Registered Dental Hygienist

If you love helping people and want to work alongside a group of experienced dental professionals, start your application today!Compensation: $125,000 yearlyQualificationsIn-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulationsMust have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferredCurrent CPR certificationStrong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skillsResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive dental cleanings to ensure patients leave with a bright, healthy smile and apply Fluoride and/or Sealants when neededCollaborate with dentists during examinations and procedures to provide seamless patient careMonitor and restock dental supplies to keep our practice running smoothly and efficientlyUtilize cutting-edge technology, including Biolase Epic Hygiene Laser for pocket therapy and bacterial reduction, as well as Itero for scanning and maintaining patients' dental healthRemove plaque and apply fluoride or other sealants to prevent cavities and tooth decayExamine patients’ dental health and get an overview of their oral health historyTake x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavitiesDocument patient visits and keep health records currentLook for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treatedGive guidance to patients about how to have good dental care at home after undergoing an operation or procedure
