Registered Dental Hygienist

Brilliant Smiles Bellevue is looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient.We offer a competitive base salary.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with patients, and wants to be part of a high-performing dental team!What You'll DoPerform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, periodontal evaluations, and charting.Provide preventive and periodontal therapy, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and localized periodontal treatment.Take accurate, high-quality digital radiographs.Perform oral cancer screenings and assess patients for periodontal and restorative concerns.Administer local anesthetic when licensed and appropriate.Assist with basic restorative procedures, including fillings, as permitted by training, licensure, and state regulations.Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, nutrition, home care, and preventive care.Identify and communicate periodontal, restorative, and other treatment needs clearly with the doctor and dental team.Build strong relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their care.Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation.Follow all infection control, OSHA, and office safety protocols.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.Work collaboratively with the doctor and dental team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care.What We're Looking ForCurrent Dental Hygiene license in the state of Washington.Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and patient education skills.Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.Commitment to providing high-quality, personalized patient care.Experience with periodontal therapy, restorative procedures, and digital dental technology is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryHealth insurancePaid time offEmployee discountSupportive, professional team environmentOpportunity to grow with a modern, patient-focused practiceJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: In person
