Location: 750 E Thunderbird Rd, Suite 4, Phoenix, AZ 85022Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PMLunch: 1-hour unpaid breakCompensation: $50-$55/hour, based on experiencePractice: General DentistryPatient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-ServiceHygiene Schedule: Single column, 60-minute recall/prophy appointments and 90-minute scaling and root planing (SRP) appointmentsAbout The OpportunityOn Pointe Dentistry is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Phoenix team!We're looking for a hygienist who values high-quality preventive care, patient education, and building long-term relationships with patients.Our PPO and fee-for-service practice emphasizes individualized treatment recommendations and a positive patient experience.

With a single-column hygiene schedule, 60-minute recall appointments, and 90-minute SRP appointments, our hygienists have dedicated time to deliver thorough, patient-centered care.As part of the United Dental Corporation network, On Pointe Dentistry offers a collaborative environment where clinical professionals can focus on quality care while contributing to a supportive team culture.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene carePerform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planingComplete periodontal charting and assess patients' periodontal health using CareStackTake diagnostic radiographs using Nomad imaging equipmentEducate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatmentIdentify clinical concerns and communicate findings to the dentistMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with the dentist, dental assistants, and front office teamHelp create a comfortable, positive experience for every patientRequirementsActive Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZLocal Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state) Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment PreferredExperience with assisted hygiene models Laser CertificationExperience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments Experience with periodontal therapy Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance Bilingual skills Benefits$50-$55/hour, based on experience Full-time benefits package Paid holidays and PTO Continuing education and professional development opportunities Consistent patient base in a PPO and fee-for-service environment
