Nucleus Training Institute provides an environment where healthcare professionals can strengthen their expertise and advance their careers through structured learning and ongoing support.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Registered DHA / MOH Nurses based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing safe, evidence-based patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with DHA/MOH regulations and institutional policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patient and family education. Nurses are expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and contribute to the development of best practices within the clinical setting. The position may also involve mentoring junior staff or students and engaging in continuous professional development activities organized by the institute.Qualifications Valid DHA or MOH nursing license/registration and eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates.Recognized nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing) from an accredited institution.Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, infection control, and documentation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Ability to adapt to dynamic clinical environments, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple priorities safely.Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and institutional guidelines.Willingness to participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement programs.Previous clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or community health settings is highly beneficial.
