They deserve real support, clear guidance, and a team that actually cares.That is where you come in.We are looking for a Registered Dietitian who can help our patients feel educated, supported, and empowered before and after their weight loss journey.The RoleAs a Registered Dietitian at Pivot Weight Loss, you will work directly with patients who are preparing for bariatric surgery, recovering after surgery, or working through a medical weight loss program.Your job is not just to tell people what to eat.Your job is to help patients understand nutrition in a way that feels simple, realistic, and doable. We want someone who can take complicated topics and make them easy for everyday people to understand.The right person is part educator, part coach, part accountability partner, and part cheerleader.What You’ll DoYou will:Provide nutrition counseling for bariatric and medical weight loss patientsEducate patients before and after surgery on diet stages, protein goals, hydration, vitamins, and long-term habitsHelp patients create practical meal plans that fit their real livesSupport patients through plateaus, challenges, emotional eating, and lifestyle changesDocument visits clearly and accurately in the EMRCollaborate with surgeons, providers, medical assistants, and patient coordinatorsLead or support group nutrition classes, webinars, or patient education sessionsHelp improve our nutrition program as Pivot continues to growDeliver a high-touch patient experience that makes people feel cared for, not judgedWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:A Registered Dietitian in good standingLicensed or eligible for licensure in ArizonaExperienced in bariatric, obesity medicine, diabetes, metabolic health, or weight management preferredComfortable working with patients from all backgroundsWarm, clear, and confident in patient communicationOrganized and able to manage documentationComfortable with technology and EMR systemsPositive, team-oriented, and growth-mindedMost importantly, we want someone who knows how to make patients feel safe.
