If you're looking for a team that does both, keep reading.The roleYou'll carry a caseload of clients working through eating disorders and disordered relationships with food and their bodies. This is a W2 position, hybrid: three in-person days at our SouthPark office and two virtual days.Build and maintain a caseload of 22 clients per week, minimum. We accept four insurance (BCBS, Aetna, UHC, and Medcost) making it a bit easier to fill your caseload.Collaborate directly with therapists, physicians, and treatment facility staff on shared casesParticipate in the local eating disorder community — this work doesn't happen in isolationWhat we're looking forRegistered Dietitian with at least one year of experience in eating disorder treatmentGenuine desire to work with eating disorders — not a general practice dietitian looking to add it as a specialty lineConfidence working alongside other members of a treatment team, including holding your ground on nutrition recommendationsSomeone who wants W2 employmentWhat we offerHealth, vision, dental, and short-term disability benefitsCEDS supervision included — you don't pay for it out of pocket, and you don't have to find it on your ownAn established referral base, so you're not building a caseload from scratchA few things this job is notThis is not a 1099 or contract role, and it is not the 60/40 split typical of contractor arrangements.
