The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a homecare setting while ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and maintaining professional standards of patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a homecare environment.Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive healthcare practices.Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare standards.Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.Valid DOH License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.Candidates holding a DHA or MOH Eligibility Letter are also eligible to apply.Valid nursing registration in the home country.Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, 5 days per week, with 2 days off.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in homecare nursing or community healthcare.Knowledge of DOH healthcare regulations and quality standards.Ability to manage multiple patients while maintaining high-quality care.Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities.Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.Adaptability to work in a homecare environment.
