You’ll join a supportive, values‑aligned practice dedicated to dismantling stigma and ensuring no one walks alone.What You’ll DoProvide individual psychotherapy using trauma‑informed, culturally attuned, and evidence‑based approachesConduct intake assessments and develop person‑centered treatment plansUtilize modalities such as CBT, EMDR (if trained), somatic therapy, and other integrative approachesMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standardsCollaborate with leadership to ensure continuity and quality of careParticipate in mandatory meetings, trainings, and occasional community engagement activitiesDemonstrate cultural humility and inclusivity in all client interactionsOption to work in-office at our Davie location, remotely, or a hybrid schedule.QualificationsActive and unrestricted RMHCI license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain prior to startMust have a State‑approved Qualified SupervisorMaster’s degree (or near completion) in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health fieldCommitment to cultural responsiveness, inclusivity, and social justiceAbility to maintain clear boundaries, uphold ethical standards, and protect client confidentialityComfort working in a hybrid model (in‑person in Davie + telehealth)Collaborative mindset and openness to supervision, feedback, and continuous learningInterest in trauma therapy, somatic therapy, EMDR, or workplace mental health (preferred)Compassionate, ethical, client‑centered approachBilingual (English/any other language) a plusExperience with diverse populations, including Afro‑Caribbean and Hispanic communities (preferred)Compensation & Structure$48/hrCaseload Cap: Up to 28 sessions/week (This is not a required caseload.
