Enfield Royal Clinic offers safe, affordable procedures and a supportive atmosphere for both patients and team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based at Enfield Royal Clinic in Abu Dhabi. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cosmetic and dermatological procedures, including pre- and post-operative assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting physicians during treatments. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sterile techniques, coordinating patient flow, updating medical records, and educating patients on treatment plans, aftercare, and recovery expectations. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, supporting clinic protocols, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards, and contributing to a patient-centered, respectful care environment. The nurse will participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and may assist in patient counseling, follow-up calls, and patient satisfaction efforts.Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license in the UAE (or eligibility for licensing) and completion of an accredited nursing program.Clinical experience in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, or a related specialty, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care skills, with a focus on pre- and post-operative care.Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and sterile techniques in outpatient and surgical environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear patient education and empathetic support.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time efficiently, and prioritize multiple patients and tasks.Comfort with using electronic medical records and basic digital tools for documentation and patient scheduling.Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.Willingness to work full time on-site in Abu Dhabi, including possible evening or weekend shifts as needed.Professional, ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
