The ideal candidate will blend excellent direct patient care skills with strong clinical administration capabilities, ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and exceptional patient satisfaction.Key Responsibilities🩺 Clinical DutiesPerform initial patient intake, including measuring and recording vital signs, medical histories, and triage.Administer medications, vaccinations, and prescribed treatments in accordance with nursing protocols and medical authority.Assist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests.Provide patient education regarding care plans, medication instructions, and general health awareness.Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and hygiene standards.📋 Administrative DutiesData entry and analysis.Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, medical record updates, and patient follow-ups.Oversee inventory management for clinical supplies and medical equipment, ensuring timely reordering and proper storage.Handle clinic documentation, ensuring accurate recording in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.Coordinate with administrative departments (billing, insurance, HR) as needed to streamline clinic workflows.Ensure full compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) regulations and standards.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.Licensure: Active registration and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on nursing experience, with a proven mix of bedside/clinic care and administrative duties.Languages: Fluency in Arabic (native) and proficiency in English (written and spoken).Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Key Competencies & SkillsClinical Competence: Strong foundation in clinical procedures, triage, and patient assessment.Administrative Skills: Proficiency in medical documentation, health information systems, and basic office software (MS Office).Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Organization: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask between patient care and administrative operations.
