The company values professionalism, respect, and cultural sensitivity, creating a supportive environment for both patients and team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in home settings, including conducting assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care and other nursing procedures in accordance with care plans. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other health professionals, educating patients and families on treatment, self-care, and preventive health, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation of all care provided. The nurse will also support care planning, participate in case conferences, respond to changes in patient condition, and ensure all practices comply with local regulations and company policies. The position requires flexibility to travel to patient homes, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license/registration valid in Dubai or eligibility to obtain local licensure.Proven clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health, community care, or medical-surgical settings.Strong patient assessment, care planning, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to administer medications, perform basic and advanced nursing procedures, and follow infection control standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time and caseloads, and adapt to varied home environments.Knowledge of relevant health regulations, professional standards, and patient safety protocols in the UAE.Proficiency with basic digital tools and electronic health records or nursing documentation systems.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Have owned visa or supposed visa.CPR/BLS certification; additional clinical certifications (e.g., wound care, geriatric care, palliative care) are an advantage.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Dubai is beneficial.
