The organization values collaboration, professional ethics, and continuous improvement in all aspects of its services.Role Description The Registered Nurse at Piercing Spot will provide direct clinical support and care in an on-site facility located in Dubai. This full-time role includes conducting pre- and post-procedure assessments, monitoring clients during and after services, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The nurse will maintain accurate medical records, manage documentation related to client health histories, and collaborate with piercers and other staff to promote safe procedures and informed consent. Daily responsibilities also include educating clients on aftercare, responding to health-related questions, and managing basic emergency interventions within the scope of practice. The role requires close coordination with management to uphold regulatory compliance and quality standards, while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in Dubai, with strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices and patient care.Demonstrated expertise in infection control, wound care, and aseptic techniques relevant to minor procedures and personal services.Experience in client education, including explaining procedures, risks, aftercare instructions, and health promotion in clear, accessible language.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to remain calm and effective in urgent situations, including basic emergency response and first aid within nursing scope.Comfort working in a high-touch client service environment, with attention to confidentiality, consent, and ethical standards.Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and using basic digital tools or electronic records systems.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience in ambulatory care, outpatient clinics, or personal services settings is beneficial.
