The center combines the British EYFS curriculum with a strong focus on emotional intelligence, ensuring children feel safe, understood, and supported. La Maluk Village offers small, personalized groups, transparent pricing, and a carefully designed 22,033 sq ft campus with shaded outdoor areas, sensory zones, and spaces for both active play and quiet reflection. The team is preparing to welcome its first families and create a nurturing environment for young learners in Dubai.Role Description Organization of daily medical support for children within the framework of a valid license, maintaining medical documentation, first aid, control of medical supplies, and prevention of infectious diseases.QualificationsValid DHA Registered Nurse license or confirmed right to obtain it with readiness to complete the process before starting work.Bachelor's degree in nursing.Experience as a nurse, preferably with children: in a kindergarten, school medical office, or pediatric clinic.Knowledge of principles of first aid, infection control, handling medications, and emergency response.Confident knowledge of English for maintaining documentation and communicating with DHA, parents, and the team.ResponsibilitiesConducting daily examination of children with an assessment of their general health status and identifying possible signs of illness.Examination of children during the morning reception and upon call from the educator when signs of illness appear, assessing the child's condition and making a decision on the possibility of admission to the center or continued stay in the group.Assessment of the child's condition in case of illness or injury and providing first aid.Performing emergency response procedures and handing the child over to medical services if necessary.Organization of the child's stay in the isolation zone in case of suspected infectious disease.Monitoring the intake and documentation of medications in accordance with DHA procedures and with the written consent of parents.Strict adherence to internal rules, work standards, scripts, and approved instructions of the center.Maintaining medical records, monitoring vaccination data, registering incidents, allergies, and chronic diseases.Ensuring the confidentiality of medical information and preparing documentation for DHA inspections.Control of the readiness of the medical cabinet, first aid kits, and expiration dates of medications.Organization and control of the process of receiving, storing, and distributing food to children in accordance with sanitary requirements.Control of compliance with individual dietary restrictions, allergies, and special diets, as well as correct labeling and separate distribution of such dishes.Interaction with the food supplier and center staff regarding the quality, safety, and temperature of delivered food.Control of the sanitary state of premises, including the medical cabinet, isolation zone, food distribution area, and other common spaces.Control of the sanitary state and cleanliness of all center premises, as well as coordination and checking the work of nannies and cleaning staff in accordance with established cleaning, disinfection, and sanitary requirement schedules.Control of compliance by employees with personal hygiene, infection safety, and sanitary procedure requirements.Conducting briefings for the team on first aid, infection prevention, food safety, health protection, and safety.Schedule and Work ConditionsStart date: to be determined.Before the center opens, there is preparation of the medical cabinet and isolation zone, as well as studying internal protocols.Work in a modern space with the prospect of long-term cooperation.Salary and conditions are discussed individually based on the interview results.
